论“访谈法”在高校教育类团日活动中的运用与实践

摘　　要：高校团日活动是培养大学生集体观念、提升大学生整体素质的重要载体,也是对青年团员进行思想政治教育的重要阵地。但目前大学生对思想教育类的团日活动普遍存在消极、抵触情绪。在这类教育活动中积极运用"访谈法"可以充分调动大学生积极性和参与意识,起到事半功倍的思想政治教育效果。但需要事先选择好主题,确定访谈员和受访对象,设置必要的环境,注意避免一些误区。University League Day（ a day set aside for Youth League organization activities） is an important carrier to foster the collective ideas of students and improve their overall qualities, as well as an important way for young members＇ ideological and political education.It is common for them to have a negative and resentful attitude towards Ideological Mission Activities of League Day. In such activities,positively using ＂Interview＂ can fully mobilize their enthusiasm and participating awareness, with better effects in ideological and political education. It is necessary to choose topics, confirm interviewers and interviewees, set up essential environment and avoid misunderstandings with great attention.
