摘　　要：独立学院党的建设既是独立学院管理体系和思想政治工作的核心,也是校园文化建设的有机组成部分,并能确保校园文化的发展方向,而校园文化则是独立学院党建的载体。因此,独立学院必须以党建带团建,形成党组织校园文化活动的机制,创新党建思政和文化建设,实现党的建设和文化建设的协同创新。Party Building in Independent Colleges is the core of their management system as well as Ideological and Political Work; it is also an organic component of campus culture development with an ensured direction. And campus culture is the carrier of Party Building in these colleges. Thus, they must do the following： lead the League development with Party Building; form the system of Party organizing campus culture activities; innovate ideological and political development; realize the collaborative innovation of Party Building and cultural development.
