甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭贫血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭贫血的临床疗效。方法：收治我院2010年9月～2013年2月期间慢性肾衰竭患者94例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各47例，对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加服地榆升白片，治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加服甘露聚糖肽胶囊，连续服用2个月。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组血红蛋白、红细胞计数、白细胞计数增高更为显著（P＜0.05），临床疗效（总有效率为89.36%）显著提高（P＜0.05），且起效较快。结论：甘露聚糖肽胶囊对慢性肾衰竭贫血症状有明确的治疗作用。Objective：To annalyze retrospectively the clinical efficacy of mannatide capsules in the treatment of anemia of chronic renal failure. Methods： 94 patients with chronic renal failure were admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to February 2013, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 47 patients respectively. The control group were given conventional therapy and diyushengbai tablets, while the treatment group received conventional therapy and Mannatide capsules. The therapy lasted two months.Results： Compared with the control group,,the increase of hemoglobin, erythrocyte count and leucocyte count in the treatment group were more significantly （P〈0.05）.The clinical efficacy （total effective rate was 89.36%） of treatment group was increased significantly （P〈0.05） and the treatment group had quicker effectiveness than its counterpart. Conclusion： Mannatide capsules showed clear clinical efficacy in treating anemia of chronic renal failure.
