利伐沙班与低分子肝素对PFNA固定治疗股骨转子间骨折术后隐性失血影响的对比研究#

摘　　要：目的:比较利伐沙班与低分子肝素对PFNA固定股骨转子间骨折术后隐性失血的影响。方法:回顾分析我院骨科2010年05月至2012年10月收入的70例行PFNA固定的股骨转子间骨折患者,按照术后应用不同抗凝药物随机分为利伐沙班组、低分子肝素组,通过Gross方程计算出两组患者隐性失血量,比较两者差异。结果:利伐沙班组失血总量为(441.57±44.88)ml,隐性失血量为(361.43±33.22)ml,低分子肝素组失血总量为(486.43±37.64)ml,隐性失血量为(401.14±25.16)ml,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利伐沙班对PFNA固定股骨转子间骨折术后隐性失血的影响要小于低分子肝素。Objective：To compare the effects of rivaroxaban and low molecular heparin on hidden blood after PFNA treatment for intertrochanteric fractures.Methods：We retrospectively studied 70 patients with intertrochanteric fractured treated with PFNA between May 2010 and October 2012, 35 were assigned into the observation group of rivaroxaban and 35 into the control group of low molecular heparin, calculated the hidden blood in both groups by Gross equation, comparing differences between the two results. Results：The total blood loss was （441.57±44.88）ml,the hidden blood was （361.43±33.22）ml in group of rivaroxaban, and there was （486.43±37.64）ml of total blood loss and （401.14±25.16）ml of hidden blood in group of low molecular heparin, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of rivaroxaban on hidden blood after PFNA treatment for intertrochanteric fractures was little than low molecular heparin.
