摘　　要：目的:评价甘露聚糖肽注射液在手术患者术后感染的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析术后患者采用甘露聚糖肽注射液治疗的病案,根据入选和排除标准纳入98例术后患者为治疗组;抽取采用了相同手术患者98例,作为对照组。评价两组术后的感染情况,住院情况,伤口愈合情况,抗生素使用情况,并对血清免疫细胞水平评价。结果:免疫调节剂治疗组的总感染率、呼吸道感染率、切口感染率均低于对照组,分别为11.8%vs 33.6%、7.1%vs 16.3%、3.1%vs 15.3%。泌尿系统感染率无差异(2.0%vs 2.0%)。免疫调节剂治疗组平均住院时间及抗生素使用时间均短于对照组,分别为6.5d vs 8.2d、4.1d vs 5.2d。另外免疫调剂组甲级愈合远高于空白组。免疫细胞检测显示,免疫调节组CD4+,NK细胞水平均高于对照组。结论:甘露聚糖肽可明确降低术后感染,促进伤口愈合,缩短病程。其机制可能与其激活机体免疫有关。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of mannatide injection as an immune-modulator in the treatment of postoperative infection.Methods：According to the inclusion and exclusion standard, 98 postoperative patients were chosen, on whom a retrospective study about mannatide injection was conducted.Other 98 patients after undergoing the same surgeries served as the control group.Postoperative infection,hospitalization,wound healing,using of antibiotics and immunocyte level in serum of both groups were evaluated.Results：The total infection rate （11.8%）,respiratory infection rate （7.1%） and wound infection rate （3.1%） of treatment group dosed with immune-modulator were lower than that of the control group （33.6%, 16.3% and 15.3% ）.There was no difference in urinary tract infection （1.4% vs 1.4%）.The average stay （6.5d）,and the time of using antibiotic （4.1d） of the treatment group were both shorter than that of the control group （8.2d and 5.2d） Healing rate of the treatment group was much higher than the control group.Detecting immune cells showed both CD4＋,and NK cell levels of immunomodulatory group were higher than the control group.Conclusion：Mannatide could definitely reduce postoperative infection, help wound healing and shorten the course of disease.The mechanism maybe related to activation of immunity.
