摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对减轻喉癌T3病变保留喉功能术后疼痛的效果观察。方法:对2005年3月至2012年9月入院的60例喉癌T3病变患者分为研究组和对照组,每组30例,采用世界卫生组织疼痛的语言描述评分法(VAS)评估;对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在常规护理的基础上加入护理干预的措施,比较两组患者疼痛的改善程度。结果:两组患者的疼痛的减轻程度进行比较,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对喉癌T3病变保留喉功能术的患者术后实施护理干预可以有效减轻疼痛。Objective： To explore the observation effect of nursing intervention to relieve the postoperative pain in laryngeal carcinoma T3 lesions on the retention of laryngeal function.Methods： 60 cases of laryngeal lesions T3 in our hospital from march 2005 to september 2012,divided into the study group and the control group, each group of 30 cases, （VAS） to assess pain using the World Health Organization scoring method described in language, The control group used routine care,the research group on the basis of routine care Join in nursing interventions, Compared the improvement of the pain with two groups.Results： Compared the improvement of the pain with two groups,the study group than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implemented nursing intervention after surgery to the T3 lesions in patients with laryngeal cancer laryngeal surgery reserved,Can effectively reduce pain.
