卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑治疗恶性血液病患者合并侵袭性真菌感染28例护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性血液病合并真菌感染患者应用卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑治疗的护理。方法:对28例恶性血液病合并真菌感染患者应用卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑治疗,治疗前给予心理护理,建立中心静脉通路,静脉置入中心静脉导管时关注药物疗效、观察药物不良反应并给予追踪护理。结果:因采取护理及时,患者完成了治疗,均未发生护理相关不良并发症。结论:临床疗效较好,治疗时应严控药物的用法及剂量,严密监测患者的生命体征、用药反应,注意发现患者的不良反应并及时处理,确保治疗顺利进行,延长患者生存率。Objective： To study the nursing of caspofungin and voriconazole in treatment of patients with hematological malignancies with fungal infection.Methods：The treatment of patients with caspofungin and voriconazole of 28 patients with malignant hematologic disease complicated with fungal infection before treatment,psychological care,establish central venous access,peripherally inserted central venous catheter on drug efficacy, adverse drug reaction were observed and given tracking nursing.Results：Because take care in a timely manner, patients completed treatment, no nursing complication.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy, treatment should be strictly control the usage and dosage of drugs, close monitoring of the vital signs of the patients, drug reactions, pay attention to the adverse reactions of patients and timely processing, ensure the smooth progress of treatment, prolong the survival rate.
