窄波UVB光疗法治疗52例银屑病的安全性研究

摘　　要：目的：分析窄波UVB光疗法治疗52例银屑病患者的疗效与安全性。方法：选取2010年4月～2012年5月间入院进行治疗的银屑病患者52例为研究对象进行回顾性分析，根据入院时间分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者应用乌蛇解毒丸进行治疗，研究组患者使用窄波UVB光疗法进行治疗，对比疗效。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率为73.1%，与对照组46.2%相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。窄波UVB治疗男性患者和斑片状银屑病效果更好一些，不良作用少，安全性高。结论：窄波UVB光疗法治疗银屑病临床效果较好，能够有效缓解患者症状，应用安全性高。Objective： To analysis the narrow wave UVB light therapy treatment the curative effect and security of the 52 patients with psoriasis.Methods：Select 52 cases as the research object from April 2010 to may 2012,who were hospitalized for treatment of psoriasis. All the patients were retrospectively analyzed according to admission time. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group,the patients in the control group were given black snake poison pill treatment,those patients in the treatment group were given narrow wave UVB light therapy. Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group patients was 73.1%,compared with 46.2% in the control group,there is a statistical signiifcance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Narrow wave UVB treatment for male patients and patchy psoriasis effect is better,less adverse effect,high safety. Conclusion：Narrow wave UVB light therapy to treat psoriasis better clinical effect,can effectively relieve symptoms,application security.
