产科失血性休克产妇的临床救治分析

摘　　要：目的:分析产科失血性休克产妇的发病原因、临床特点、救治方法和救治效果。方法:选取我院收治的40例产科失血性休克产妇患者,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果:患者经积极监测生命体征、抗休克和防治功能衰竭等措施救治后取得良好的效果,所有患者休克得以纠正,出血情况得到有效的控制,患者的平均手术时间为(57.3±9.4)min,平均出血量为(984.5±198.4)ml,平均流血时间为(11.3±2.5)d,止血有效率为97.5%,子宫切除率为2.5%,无1例死亡,抢救成功率为100.0%。所有产妇的血气以及血压均恢复至正常水平,患者的临床症状均得到明显的改善,检测尿量均超过30ml/h。结论:产科失血性休克是一种非常危急的病症,如果没有得到及时的救治很容易导致患者死亡。在抢救过程中应及时找出产妇失血性休克的病因及临床特点,以此采取有效的救治措施,从而提高抢救成功率。Objective： To analysis the maternity uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,maternal etiology,clinical characteristics, treatment methods and treatment effect.Methods：Select our hospital 40 obstetric patients with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock maternal,were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients,summarized the etiology,clinical characteristics,treatment methods and treatment effect.Results：The patients with active surveillance,resistance to shock the patient＇s vital signs monitoring and prevention and cure function failure measures such as obtain good clinical effect after treatment,all patients were rectiifed shock,to effectively control of bleeding in patients with average operation time was （57.3± 9.4） min, the average blood loss was （984.5±198.4）ml,average bleeding time was （11.3±2.5）d,hemostatic effective rate of 97.5%,the uterus resection rate was 2.5%, with no deaths,rescue success rate of 100.0%.All maternal blood gas and blood pressure returned to normal level,to improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously,detection of urine more than 30ml/h.Conclusion：Obstetric uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock is a very critical condition,if you don＇t get timely treatment is very easy to cause the patients died.In the rescue process should be timely ifnd out the cause of maternal uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock and the clinical characteristics,in order to take effective treatment measures,so as to improve the rescue success rate.
