保利尔胶囊治疗高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保利尔胶囊治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法:导入期2周,治疗期8周,随访2周,保利尔胶囊,5粒/次,3次/日;口服。结果:40例患者治疗前后自身比较,收缩压和舒张压均明显的降压作用,治疗前后显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:保利尔胶囊治疗高血压的临床疗效明显,治疗过程中无不良反。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Baolier-Capsule in the treatment of Hypertension. Methods： Introduction period is 2weeks, treatment period is 8weeks, follow-up period is 2weeks, taking Baolier-Capsule orally, 5pills per time and 3time per day. Results： 40 patients＇ s systolic and diastolic bolood pressure was decline obviously, before and after the treatment. It has significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Baolier-Capsule in treat with hypertension is obvios, with no adverse reactions and it to be worthy of clinical application.
