摘 要:采用培养皿法,以油菜(Brassica napus L.)的根长、芽长为测试指标,探讨了解草唑与乙草胺混用、解草唑浸种2种处理方式解除乙草胺对油菜药害的解毒效果。结果表明:50~400mg/L的乙草胺对油菜根长、芽长有显著的抑制作用,抑制程度与乙草胺用量呈正相关。当加入解草唑后,能在一定程度上减轻乙草胺对油菜的药害,其中解草唑浓度为100mg/L时,对100mg/L的乙草胺解毒作用比其他浓度的解毒效果好,对油菜根长为6.48%,对油菜芽长为23.12%;当用解草唑浸种处理时,乙草胺浓度大于200mg/L,解草唑对油菜芽的生长有一定程度的解毒作用,而对油菜根的生长无解毒作用。在解草唑的2种处理方式中,解草唑与乙草胺混用时的解毒效果优于解草唑浸种。Taking the root length and shoot length of rape as the test indexes,the detoxification effects of fenchlorazole on protecting rape from the phytotoxicity of acetochlor with two different treatments,mixing fenchlorazole with acetochlor and soaking seed by fenchlorazole,were assayed in culture dish.The results showed that there was a remarkable inhibitory effects to the root and shoot of rape with the concentration of the herbicide acetochlor during 50~400mg/L,and the positive correlation between the inhibition and the concentration of acetochlor was observed.This phytotoxicity was reduced in some degree when the safener fenchlorazole was added in the acetochlor or the rape seed was soaked in fenchlorazole solution.When the concentration of fenchlorazole was100mg/L,there was more effective detoxification for the phytotoxicity caused by100mg/L acetochlor than the other concentration of acetochlor,with the detoxification effect at 6.48%to the rape root and 23.12%to the rape shoot.When seed-soaking with fenchlorazole and acetochlor concentration was above 200 mg/L,the safener fenchlorazole could reduce the injury of the acetochlor on rape shoot to a certain degree,but with no effect to rape root.It turned out that fenchlorazole acted more effectively detoxification when mixed with acetochlor than seed-soaking.
