商业综合体屋顶景观设计研究——以福清富创世纪城为例

摘　　要：随着城市的开发和新建,城市商业综合体正逐渐成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,国内综合体裙房层数一般5层以下,作为其他高层建筑俯视区域景观的组成部分,应充分挖掘其现代景观环境营造的潜力,发挥其契合城市景观空间的作用。分析了国内商业综合体屋顶景观设计中普遍存在的问题和商业综合体屋顶景观设计应考虑的因素,并以福清富创世纪城为例探讨了商业综合体业态下的屋面景观的具体设计策略。With the soaring development of the urban construction,urban commercial complex is becoming an indispensable part of our daily life.Viewed as a part of the regional landscape overlooking the other high-rise building,the layer of commercial complex in China which is generally under five layers should make full use of the potential of modern landscape environment and urban landscape space.Take Fuchuang Century City of Fuqing City as example,roof landscape design strategy under the commercial complex forms were discussed.
