摘  要:本研究应用免疫组织化学方法检测了绵羊肺腺瘤和正常肺组织中醛缩酶A的表达情况。通过采用Image-Pro Plus图像分析软件对醛缩酶A表达的光密度和阳性单位(PU)进行定量测试。结果显示,醛缩酶A在正常肺组织的支气管上皮细胞、个别肺泡上皮细胞和肺腺瘤的肿瘤细胞的细胞质中均有明显表达,醛缩酶A在绵羊肺腺瘤组的平均光密度值明显高于正常绵羊肺组织组(P<0.05),醛缩酶A在OPA组的PU值(阳性单位)极显著高于正常绵羊肺组织组(P<0.01)。表明醛缩酶A在OPA中过表达。The expression of aldolase A in ovine pulmonary adenomatosis and non- neoplastic lung tissue were detected by the immunohistochemical method. The positive unit and mean optical density in aldolase A was used to quantitatively analyze by Image- Pro Plus image analysis system. Results revealed that positive immunostaining of aldolase A visible in cytoplasm of the bronchial and individual alveolar epithelial cells in non- neoplastic lung tissue,as well as the cytoplasm of neoplastic cells in ovine pulmonary adenomatosis.The mean optical density of aldolase A in ovine pulmonary adenomatosis were significantly higher than in non- neoplastic lung tissue( P〈 0. 05). The positive unite( PU) of aldolase A in ovine pulmonary adenomatosis were very significantly higher than in non- neoplastic lung tissue( P 〈 0. 01). The results shows that the overexpression of aldolase A in ovine pulmonary adenomatosis.
