北京市某区县疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员公共基础知识培训需求分析

摘　　要：目的 了解北京市某区县疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员在公共管理知识和公共基础知识上的需求,以提高培训的针对性和适用性.方法 采用自制问卷对北京市某区县疾病预防控制中心的专业技术人员共81人就公共基础知识培训需求进行调查,使用SPSS 16.0软件,运用率、x2检验等分析方法进行统计描述和分析.结果 接受调查的某区县疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员对公共基础知识的需求较高,尤其是在统计分析方法、卫生应急技能和人际交往语言表达方面,需求率分别为49.4％、64.2％、61.7％;对来自上级单位的培训、短期集中培训的需求率较高,分别为56.8％、70.4％;不同年龄、不同工作年限、不同学历、不同职称的人员对培训内容、培训方式和培训举办单位的需求不同,差异有统计学意义.结论 北京市某区县疾病预防控制机构应当进一步提高对专业技术人员公共基础知识的培训力度,并考虑不同特征人员的培训需求;增加上级单位和培训机构的培训,提高培训效果;以短期集中培训为主,不断拓展多种培训形式。Objective To know the training demands of public administration and basic knowledge among professional and technical staffs in center for disease control and prevention and to improve the relevance and applicability of training.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted and the data was analyzed using SPSS 16.0 by ratio and trend chi-square test.Results Demands of public basic knowledge among professional and technical staffs were higher,especially in the statistical analysis,health emergency event handling and interpersonal language,the demand rates were 49.4%,64.2%,61.7% ; demands for training from municipal CDC and short-term intensive training were higher,the rate were 56.8%,70.4% ; different demands were found in training sources and methods among staffs in different ages,working experience,educational background,there were statistically significance differences.Conclusions District CDC should further improve the public basic knowledge training,and to consider the training demands of the characteristics of staffs ; actively organize and participate in training higher-level units and training institutions to further improve the effectiveness of training.Focus on short-term training and expand variety of training forms.
