摘 要:本文从大数据的基本特点和医疗健康领域的大数据研究现状出发,首先从大数据的数据来源和数据特点进行了综述,概述了医疗信息数据和健康数据的采集方式;然后列举了利用医疗健康数据挖掘进行健康信息数据分析的常用方法,包括分类、回归分析、聚类、关联规则、特征分析、变化和偏差分析;最后介绍了临床支持系统、远程医疗及远程监控、电子档案与公共健康、疾病模式分析几个方面的应用。In this paper,the state-of-art of the big data research in medicine and healthcare is reviewed.The fundamental concepts of big data and its essential in the domain of healthcare and medicine were presented,the data sources and data characteristics were analyzed as well as the acquisition methods of medical data and healthcare information,the methods of data mining for medical healthcare information were listed with applications,including classification,regression,clustering,association rules,feature analysis and deviation analysis method.At last,the application in clinical supporting system,telemedicine,electronic records with public healthcare and disease pattern analysis were explained.
