摘　　要：目的了解初治肺结核患者心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,通过自制调查表和凯斯勒心理疾患量表(Kessler 10,K10)获取数据信息。结果参与调查的578例初治肺结核患者中,K10分值均值为18.70±7.89。logistic回归分析结果显示,肺结核病情严重程度、体育锻炼、躯体健康状况、睡眠质量以及日常生活是否经常有压力感对患者心理健康状况有显著影响。结论初治肺结核患者心理健康状况有待提高,应当加强心理关怀与指导。Objective To explore mental health status and its influence factors among the primary tuberculosis patients. Methods The sample was randomly chosen by using cluster-based sampling method. The data was collected by using self-made health survey questionnaire and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale （K10）. Results For the 578 cases of tuberculosis patients who were surveyed, the score distribution of K10 in total is 18.70？.89.General linear model multi-factor analysis results show that？,the disease severity degree, physical health, physical exercise, sleep status and stress status has a significant influence on the patients’ mental health. Conclusions The mental health status of the primary tuberculosis patients is poor. Thus we should strengthen psychological care and counseling.
