摘　　要：目的探讨密切值法和秩和比(RSR)法在乡镇卫生院合理用药综合评价中的应用。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对浙江省10个县(市、区)乡镇卫生院门诊处方进行分析,围绕每张处方药品品种数量均数、均次处方金额,以及使用抗生素、激素、注射剂处方的比例等六项指标对合理用药进行了综合评价。结果计算获得10个县(市、区)乡镇卫生院合理用药评价的密切值,并按优劣进行了排序与分档。结论密切值法和RSR法相结合,在乡镇卫生院合理用药综合评价中具有较好的实用性。Objective To explore the application effect of close-value method and RSR method in the comprehensive e- valuation for the rational drugs use in township health centers. Methods By multi-stage random sampling, the outpatient pre- scriptions in township health centers of 10 counties in Zhejiang province were analyzed. The rational drug use was evaluated comprehensively based on the six indicators including the mean of medicine varieties per prescription, the average amount per prescription, the proportion of the prescription of antibiotics, hormones and injection. Results The close-values of the compre- hensive evaluation for the rational drugs in township health centers were calculated on the basis of the data of 10 counties, and were sorted according to advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion The combination of close-value method and RSR method had a good practicability in the comprehensive evaluation for the rational drug use in township health centers.
