父母的压力和期望与初中生心理健康状况的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨父母压力和父母期望与子女心理健康的关系。方法运用父母压力量表、中学生心理健康量表、父母期望问卷对691名初中生及其父母进行调查及统计分析。结果独生子女[(40.602±6.890)分]和非独生子女[(40.501±5.101)分]父母在父母压力量表上的总得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);独生子女[(63.815±13.895)分]和非独生子女父母[(63.757±13.908)分]在父母期望问卷上的总得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在心理健康量表总分上独生子女[(2.008±0.573)分]和非独生子女[(1.994±0.548)分]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在强迫症状因子上的得分独生子女[(2.190±0.676)分]高于非独生子女[(2.125±0.589)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);父母的压力与子女的心理健康之间的存在显著正相关(r=0.166,P<0.01);父母对子女期望与子女的心理健康之间的存在显著正相关(r=0.181,P<0.01)。结论父母的压力越大,父母对子女的期望越高,子女的心理健康状况越差。Objective To explore parental influence on their children＇ s mental health. Methods 691 junior high school students and their parents were investigated by Parental Stress Scale, Mental Health Inventory of Middle-School Students （ MMHI-60）, Parental Expectancy Questionnaire, and comparative statistical analysis was carried out. Results Only-child＇ s parental stress （40. 602 ±6. 890） and non-only-child＇ s parental stress （40. 501 ±5. 101 ） have no significant difference （P 〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference （P 〉0. 05） between only-child＇ s parental expectancy （63. 815 ±13. 895 ） and non-only-child＇ s parental expectancy （63. 757 ±13. 908 ）. Only-child＇ s mental health （ 2. 008 ±0. 573 ） and non-only-child＇ s mental health （ 1. 994 ± 0. 548 ） have no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The compulsory symptom scores of only-child （2. 190 ±0. 676） was significantly higher than that of non-only-child （ 2. 125 ± 0. 589 ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The parental stress had a significant positive correlation with children mental health （ r = 0. 166, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Parental expectation on their children had a significant positive correlation with children mental health （r = 0. 181, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Condusion Parental stress and their expectation were positively related with their children mental health.
