摘 要:按照YB/T4003《连铸钢板坯低倍组织缺陷评级方法》对连铸坯进行了宏观低倍检验,并利用OPA-100型原位分析仪对连铸坯偏析进行了定量检测,并按照NACE0284-2003《管道、压力容器抗氢致开裂钢性能评价的试验方法》对经TMCP工艺轧制成的钢板取样进行了HIC腐蚀试验。分析结果表明,连铸坯中心偏析是HIC的主要原因,偏析元素主要为碳、锰、磷和硫等。通过合理的成分设计和工艺控制,实现了连铸坯偏析的良好控制,可满足抗硫化氢管线钢工业生产需求。Macro-etching testing of slab was contucted accroding to YB/T 4003, which is standard diagrams for macrostructure and defects in continuous casting slabs. The quantitative measurement of slab segregation was performed by OPA-100 in situ analyzer, The HIC corrosion test was carried out on specimens cut from the TMCP rolling plate according to NACE 0284 standard. It is found that hydrogen induced cracks occur in segregation position. The segregation is rich of S, P, C, Mn, etc. Through reasonable design of chemical composition controlled to a low level to satisfy the requirement and good process control, segregation can be well of mass production of H2 S-resistant pipeline steel.
