摘  要:采用X射线衍射仪分析了TRIP钢中残余奥氏体含量,讨论了残余奥氏体含量沿试样厚度方向的变化规律。结果表明,表面脱碳是导致TRIP钢中残余奥氏体含量测量值偏低的主要原因。为此,对提高热处理型冷轧TRIP钢和热轧TRIP钢中残余奥氏体含量的测量准确度提出了具体措施。The content of retained austenite in transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel was studied by means of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The variation of the retained austenite content along the thickness direction was also discussed. The results showed that surface decarburization was the main reason for the low measuring value of the content of retained austenite in TRIP steel. Therefore, specific measures were put forward in this paper to improve the measuring accuracy of the content of retained austenite in heat treated cold-rolled TRIP steel and hot-rolled TRIP steel.
