摘　　要：针对多卡虚假就医开药并非法出售牟利的骗保行为,建立多卡就医聚集模型,搭建监督系统,有助于及时发现多卡异常使用情形,为冒用、盗用、收购医保卡购药贩卖现象提供预警支持,提高监督检查的成效。To deal with fraud in medicat insurance, which means a insurea pauent uses mumpte msurntL~ cards to seek false medical service and make profits by selling the medicine, constructing a model of multiple insurance cards to build a monitor system is of significant importance to detect the fraud in utilizing medical service, to prevent the risk of the fraud in using medical service and to improve the efficiency of the supervision on insurance fund expenditure.
