摘　　要：目的:探讨骨诱导缓释纳米磁性复合螺钉促进肌腱-骨止点重建手术后的护理效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的80例膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤患者,分为观察组与对照组。两组均采用骨诱导缓释纳米磁性复合螺钉的方法对患者进行治疗,对照组在术后实施常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施针对性护理干预,观察两组护理效果。结果:对比两组患者疗效指标,结果发现,观察组大腿肌肉萎缩度与膝关节功能评分均显著优于对照组,对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用、康复时间等情况,结果观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:观察组针对性护理干预有着较为显著的护理效果,能够有效促进肌腱-骨止点的重建,并促进患者膝关节的恢复。Objective To investigate the bone induction sustained-release nano-magnetic composite screw promote tendon bone checkpoint reconstruction after operation nursing. Methods 80 cases for anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） injury patients of knee joint in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were chosen and divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were treated with bone induction sustained-release nano-magnetic composite screw. The control group was treated by postoperative implementation of routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was treated by targeted nursing intervention except routine nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results Two groups＇ therapeutic effect were compared, The observation group＇s thigh muscle atrophy degree and knee scores were significantly better than the control group. The observation group＇s time, cost of hospitalization, recovery time, was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The observation group targeted nursing intervention nursing effect is remarkable and can effectively promote the reconstruction of tendon bone insertion, which has the very big help to promote the recovery of knee joint.
