摘 要:目的观察前列地尔脂微球载体注射液(Lipo-PGE1)对老年患者下肢动脉血管病变的影响。方法入选吉林大学第四医院老年病科2013年1月-2014年1月住院且确诊有下肢动脉血管病变的老年患者60例,采用Lipo-PGE1治疗,观察治疗前后股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉内径和动脉峰值速度的变化。结果老年下肢血管病变患者经Lipo-PGE1治疗后,股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉内径均增加,股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉峰值速度均增快,但差异无显著性差异。经Lipo-PGE1治疗后,60例患者均自我感觉行走有力,足面皮肤温度增高明显,有间歇性跛行的28例患者行走距离和最大耐受距离均明显增加。结论 Lipo-PGE1对老年患者双下肢血管病变具有肯定的治疗作用,其可以扩张股动脉、腘动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉内径,增快其动脉血流峰值速度,有效改善症状。[ Objective ] To evaluate the effects of Lipo prostaglandin El(Lipo-PGE1)on the Lower Limb Blood Vessel in Elderly Patients. [ Methods ] The study was performed in 60 elderly patients related lower limb vascular disease. Before and after Lipo-PGE1 treatment for 14 days,vascular diameter and artery peak flow of femoral artery, popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery and dorasl artery was measured by Doppler ultrasonography examination. [ Results ] After the treatment with Lipo-PGE1, the vascular diameter of femoral artery, popliteal artery, posterior tibial artery and dorasl artery was increased,artery peak flow of femoral artery, popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery and dorasl artery was faster,however,there were no significantly statistical differences.After the treatment with Lipo-PGEl,all patients feel well.Patients walking distance and maximal walking distance of 28 patients with intermittent claudication were increased. [ Conclusion ] Lipo-PGE1 causes a significant improvement of elderly patients related lower limb vascular disease. Lipo- PGE 1 can expand diameter and faster artery peak velocity of femoral artery, popliteal artery, posterior tibial artery and dorasl artery, which is important and helpful for patients to improve symptoms.
