喉腺样囊性癌1例及文献复习

摘　　要：腺样囊性癌和起源于大、小涎腺或上呼吸道黏液腺的恶性肿瘤。因喉部涎腺分布十分稀少，因此发生于喉部的腺样囊性癌非常罕见，本文报道由涎腺起源的喉腺样囊性癌1例。Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma is malignant tumors which originated in the great, minor salivary gland or upper respiratory tract mucous gland . Because of the salivary gland distribution is very rare in throat , adenoid cystic carcinoma in the larynx is very rare, we report a case of Laryngeal adenoid cystic carcinoma.
