摘　　要：目的评价蒙西医结合疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将60例纳排标准的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上结合蒙药治疗,两组均治疗两周后对比疗效。结果治疗两周后对照组治疗总有效率为80.56%,观察组为91.67%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛有很好的疗效,可以进一步临床验证及推广。Objective To evaluate the efifcacy of combination therapy in the treatment of angina pectoris of Mongolian medicine.Methods 60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into nano row standard into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group based on the combination of Mongolian medicine treatment,two groups were compared after two weeks treatment clinical curative effect.Results After two weeks treatment, the control group the total effective rate was 80.56%,91.67% in the observation group, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Mongolian medicine and Western medicine has good curative effect in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,can further clinical veriifcation and promotion.
