全程优化护理在救治心肌梗死患者中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析全程优化护理在救治心肌梗死患者中的临床价值。方法将60例急性心肌梗死患者按照就诊顺序编号分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组救治期间分别行全程优化护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者分诊评估时间、急诊手术时间、急诊总时间、静脉采血、静脉给药、心电图时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在救治急性心肌梗死期间采用全程优化护理,可缩短患者抢救时间,确保患者得到及时救治。Objective To analysis the whole optimization of nursing clinical value in the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients according to treatment sequence numberdivided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,two groups during treatment respectively for the whole optimal care androutine care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results Thepatients in the observation group triage assessment time,emergencyoperation time,total time ofemergency,venous blood,intravenous administration,ECG time were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of the whole optimization of nursing during the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients,can shorten rescue time,ensure that patients receive timely treatment.
