心血管外科气管切开术后患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨心血管外科气管切开术后患者的护理体会。方法对2011年1月~2014年3月行气管切开术的23例住院患者加强护理,严格执行各项无菌技术操作,预防呼吸道感染及并发症。结果气管切开后在ICU住院10~65天,气管切开23例,出现皮下气肿5例,出现感染1例,出现气管食管瘘1例,除1例死于败血症外,其余患者呼吸困难症状均得到明显改善。结论总结23例气管切开患者术后的护理经验,包括心理的护理,气管切开术后的护理,气管导管的护理,切口的护理,术后并发症的护理和观察等,认为良好的术后护理可以减少感染,有效避免并发症的发生,增加患者的舒适度,提高治愈率。ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing of tracheotomy patients after cardiovascular surgery. MethodsFrom January 2011 to March 2014,23 cases of patients with tracheotomy after cardiovascular surgery as research objects,which accepted hospitalized enhanced care and strict aseptic technique to prevent respiratory infections and complications.ResultsAfter tracheotomy,the days of ICU between 10 to 65 days. Within 23 cases of tracheotomy patients, there were 5 cases of subcutaneous emphysema, 1 case of infection, 1 case of tracheal esophageal ifstula and 1 patient died of sepsis. Except 1 case was died for sepsis ,the symptom of dyspnea in the remaining patients were signiifcantly improved.ConclusionTo summarize the care experience of 23 tracheotomy patients after cardiovascular surgery, including psychological care, tracheal catheter care, wound care, postoperative care and observation of complications,we concluded that good postoperative care can reduce the infection rate, make patient comfort,and improve the cure rate ifnally.
