摘 要:部队对综合调节器进行维护时,需要使用综合调节器检测设备。但俄制检测设备设置了使用权限,不能满足部队的使用需求。为了解决该问题,需自主开展综合调节器检测设备的研制。首先介绍了综合调节器的组成及工作原理,然后重点阐述了某系列直升机综合调节器机上检测设备的研制过程(包括串!ml通信协议的破解及检测设备软件的设计),最后简述了该检测设备故障诊断系统的应用,以期满足部队对设备的需求和解决设备升级维护的难题。A test equipment is required for maintenance of the integrated regulator. But the Russia's test equip ment cannot meet the demand of the army because of installing authority. In order to resolve the problem, a in- tegrated regulator test equipment is developed independently. The composition and working principle of the reg- ulator are introduced. The research and manufacture process of the integrated regulator test equipment that fits on certain series helicopter is described, which focuses on the crack of serial communication protocols and the development of test equipment software. Finally, the application of a fault diagnosis system in this test equip ment is briefly introduced. Which is hoped to meet the equipment demand of the army and solve the difficult problem of equipment upgrading maintenance.
