摘 要:抗荷调压器50飞行小时的检查工作中,传统离位检查技术由于可达性差,座舱空间狭小,拆卸工作易引发多余物、误碰电门等不利因素,给工作带来诸多不便与风险。在研究传统离位检查方法基础上,通过对比实验,使用新研发工具,提出一种全新的原位检查方法,最终使此项检查工作能够在座舱内完成,既满足设计厂家给出的检查要求,又无需拆卸抗荷调压器,实现抗荷调压器的原位检查。从而极大地减少了工作量、减小了工作难度以及降低了发生人为差错的风险,同时抗荷调压器原位检查不延误飞机定型周期。In the 50 flight hour inspection work of anti G regulator, the traditional off-site inspection techniques create a lot of inconvenience and risk to the task, because of the poor accessibility, cabin space limitation, extra material produced in removal, turning switches by mistake and other unfavorable factors. Based on the study of traditional off site inspection methods and comparative experiments, a new method for on-site inspection is pro posed by using a newly developed tool, and the inspection task can be completed inside the cabin. And the on site inspection of the anti-G regulator is achieved to meet the inspection requirements of the manufacturer. Thus the workload, the difficulty and the risk of human error are all reduced greatly, and the aircraft stereotypes cycle can not be delayed by the anti G regulator inspection.
