摘 要:针对某型机超低空飞行座舱超温故障,在对环控系统座舱调温原理及一般工作过程分析研究的基础上,得出座舱超温的根本原因是环控系统的热敏传感器在湿热环境下绝缘性能下降,引起温度/差压控制器误判并发出错误指令,使得活门电动机构工作至全开状态,导致座舱超温。对热敏温度传感器的加工工艺进行改进,改进后的热敏传感器用于飞机环控系统,经地面及空中验证可行有效。For a cabin overtemperature fault of a certain type of aircraft at low altitude flight, the root cause of the fault is found out by the research of the principle of the environment control system and its working process. The root cause of the fault is the insulation performance degradation of the temperature thermistor sensor in hot and humid environment, which will cause temperature/pressure difference controller error and issue the wrong instruction, and make the valve motor frame work to fully open state, cause the cockpit over temperature. To solve this problem, the manufacture technology of the thermal temperature sensor is improved, and the im- proved thermal sensors are used on the environment control system. The practicability and validity of the im provement are proved by ground and flight tests.
