摘 要:为了直观反映拆装发动机工作项目进度及相互影响,确定拆装发动机的关键工作项目。找出影响拆装发动机时间的主要因素,从维修环境、设计特性和保障资源三个方面分析影响拆装发动机时间的各种因素,同时开展试飞阶段拆装发动机时间专项试验,根据试验数据分析拆装发动机各工作项目的时序关系,并建立拆装发动机工作逻辑模型,为装备的维修性设计改进和保障资源的优化提供辅助决策。In order to reflect the progress and mutual influence of replacement work items, ascertain the critical work items of engine replacement, and find out the main factors that affecting engine replacement time, the fac- tors which influence engine replacement time are analyzed from the maintenance environment, design character istics and support resources. Meanwhile, carrying out special test of engine replacement time in the flight test phase, the timing relationship of replacement of each work item is analyzed based on the test data. A logical model of engine replacement is built. This method can provide decision supports for improving maintainability design and optimizing support resources.
