摘　　要：新一轮医疗卫生体制改革实施以来,国务院和有关部委多次出台政策文件,提出要鼓励社会资本办医,积极发展混合所有制经济,引导非公立医疗机构的发展,使其在医疗服务市场中和公立医院平等竞争。作者基于混合所有制的基本理论初步提出了混合所有制医院的概念,分析了混合所有制产权结构对医院发展的影响,并进一步提出了促进混合制医院发展的政策建议。Since the implementation of a new round of medical and health system reform, the State Council and relevant ministries issued many policy documents to encourage social capital to run medical, to actively develop the mixed ownership economy, and to guide the development of non-public medical institutions which could help to achieve its equal competition with public hospital in medical service market. On the base of the basic theory of mixed ownership, the author proposes the concept of mixed ownership hospital, analyzes the influence of mixed ownership＇ s property right structure on the development of the hospital, and furthermore provides the policy suggestions to improve the development of mixed ownership hospital.
