摘　　要：目的比较国内外医疗机构不良事件报告和分析现状,分析国内外差距,为我国不良事件预防机制的构建提供参考。方法采用文献研究法,以"不良事件""分析"为关键词在中外文期刊数据库检索相关文献,对文献中的相关内容进行信息提取和总结。结果我国医疗机构在不良事件报告数量、不良事件分析主体、分析流程和方法以及结果的利用方面与国外存在较大差距。结论我国可以借鉴一些国外经验对现有不良事件预防机制进行进一步完善,对不良事件采取相应的预防和改进措施。Purpose To compare the current reporting and analysis of adverse events of domestic and foreign medical institutions, analyze the gap between China and other countries, and provide reference for the construction of adverse event prevention mechanism in China.Method The literature research method is used. The keywords of ＆quot;adverse events＆quot; and ＆quot;analysis＆quot; are used to retrieve relevant literature in the Chinese-foreign journal database, and extract and summarize the related content of literature.Results There is a big gap between medical institutions in China and those in other countries in terms of the number of adverse events reported, the analysis subject of adverse event, analysis process and methods, and the utilization of results.Conclusion China can draw lessons from some foreign experience to further improve the existing adverse event prevention mechanism, and take corresponding prevention and improvement measures for the adverse events.
