摘　　要：中国初级创伤救治培训项目旨在在地区医院水平培训麻醉、急诊和外科医生管理重伤患者。目前,该项目已经在亚洲、非洲、南太平洋和南美洲等发展中国家成功开展。该文主要介绍了在这些开展初级创伤救治培训的国家中,中国初级创伤救治培训的状况以及效果评价。China’s primary trauma treatment training program is aimed at providing training of management of the critically injured to anesthesia, emergency and surgical doctors at the level of regional hospital. At present, the program has been carried out successfully in Asia, Africa, South Pacific, South America and other developing countries. This paper mainly introduces the situation and effect evaluation of China＆#39;s primary trauma treatment training in these countries with primary trauma treatment training.
