摘　　要：目的探索合理用药管理机制和医院转型发展的关系,提高合理用药水平,降低药占比,以实现医院质量效能新的提升。方法采用"驾照式"记分管理办法, 严格控制不合理用药, 提高合理用药审评水平,动态调整药品结构,狠抓药品耗材管理,尤其重点加强抗菌类药物与辅助用药管理,撬动医院转型发展。结果药占比、平均住院日、成本增长率等效率、效益指标显著改变,临床技术创新也更趋活跃。结论实施合理用药驾照式管理可有效促进医院转型发展。Purpose To explore the relationship between the rational drug use management mechanism and the transformation development of hospital, improve the level of rational drug use, and reduce the medicine proportion, in order to improve the quality efficiency of the hospital. Methods The driver＇s license scorecard management method is used to strictly conlrol the unreasonable drug use, improve the level of rational drug use review, dynamically adjust the structure of drug, vigorously promote the management of drug consumables, especially strengthen the management of anfimicrobial drugs and adjuvant drug, and promote the transformation development of hospital. Results Medicine proportion, average length of stay, cost growth rate and other efficiency and benefit indexes are significant changed. The clinical technology innovation tends to be more active. Conclusion The implementation of the drivels license management for the rational dmg use can effectively promote the transfonnation development of hospital.
