摘　　要：目的探索驾照式管理对医院抗菌药物合理使用的影响。方法提取该院实行驾照式管理前、后同期半年的抗菌药物使用的各项数据进行统计分析。结果实行驾照式管理后,其抗菌药物的使用更加趋于合理、规范,各项监控指标基本达标。结论实施驾照式管理可有效控制抗菌药物的合理使用。Purpose The influence of driver＇s license type management on the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital is explored. Methods The statistic analysis is conducted for data of the use of antimicrobial agents of half a year in the same period before and after the implementation of the driver＇s license type management in the hospital. Results After the implementation of the driver＇s license type management, the use of antimicrobial drugs tends to be more reasonable and standard, and the monitoring indicators basically meet the standard. Conclusion The implementation of the driver＇s license type management can effectively control the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
