摘  要:目的通过标准化的科室质量管理全面提升医疗质量和保证医疗安全。方法 通过对其全院、科室质量管理现状及存在问题的剖析,借助国内外医院评审标准对医院、科室质量管理的要求,构建医院质量管理组织架构,制定科室质量管理标准,并建立了标准化的科室质量管理运作模式。结果提高了院、科两级质量与安全管理的规范化程度,提升了科室质量管理的符合度。结论通过强化科室质量管理和进行持续质量改进,能够全面提升医院的医疗质量管理水平。Purpose Through the standardized quality management of department, the medical quality is improved and the medical safety is ensured. Methods Through the analysis on present situation and existing problems of quality management of the department and the whole hospital, with the help of requirements of hospital evaluation standard at home and abroad for the quality management of hospital and department, the hospital's quality management organization structure is built, the department's quality management standards are formulated, and a standardized quality management operation mode of the department is set up. Results The standardization of quality and safety management of hospital and department is improved, and the conformity of the quality management of department is improved. Conclusion Through strengthening department's quality management and continuous quality improvement, the hospital's medical quality management level can be comprehensively improved
