摘　　要：介绍了江苏省苏州市餐厨垃圾全过程监管信息平台开发的背景、平台总体框架设计、物理架构设计、安全体系设计、系统组成设计和收集监管、运输过程监管、处置监管、GIS管理、决策支持管理、公众服务和后台管理7个子系统的主要功能,并提出了餐厨垃圾全过程监管信息平台开发设计的建议。This article focuses on the whole process monitoring and management information platform of food waste in Suzhou, including the background, software architecture, the overall framework, physical architecture,security system design, system components design, describes the main functions of collection, transportation,the terminal disposal management, GIS management decision support, public service and backstage management in detailed and proposes some recommendations for food waste development and application of the whole process regulatory information platform.
