我国当前科技创新金融支持体系的问题分析与对策研究

摘　　要：建设自主创新型国家、推进科技产业的创新发展离不开金融体系的大力支持。为了更好地推进我国科技创新金融支持体系的建设,文章运用科技创新与金融发展的基本理论,针对我国当前科技金融支持体系中存在的财政支持薄弱、信贷体制不健全、金融服务体系不完善等问题,提出完善我国科技创新金融支持体系的若干建议,即推进政府政策体制创新,加快商业银行信贷体制改革创新,加强金融服务体系发展创新以及积极营造一个良好的金融生态环境。对我国当前科技金融产业的互动发展,自主创新型国家建设战略的实现以期有所助益和启示。Building innovation-oriented country and promoting science and technology industry＇s innovation and development is inseparable from the financial system＇s support. In order to promote financial support system＇s construction for scientific and technological innovation in China,the article uses the basic theory of technological innovation and financial development. According to the problems of China＇s current technology financial support system,for example,the weakness of financial support,and the problem of the credit system. the imperfect of financial services system,the paper provides suggestions of improving our financial support system for scientific and technological innovation,including promoting government policy and institutional innovation,accelerating the reform and innovation in commercial bank credit,strengthening the development of innovative financial service system and actively creating a favorable financial environment. The paper is expected produce usefulness and inspiration. on current interactive development of technology and financial industry in China,providing and the help for realization of independent innovation strategy.
