摘　　要：土地整理潜力评价是编制土地整理专项规划的依据,是科学划定土地整理区的基础工作。本文将土地整理潜力划分为本底潜力和环境潜力,据此建立土地整理潜力评价指标体系,确定基于关联树(PATTERN)法的土地整理潜力评价方法,并对湖南省临湘市土地整理潜力进行区域分级,从而为该市土地整理专项规划的编制提供参考。Potential evaluation of land consolidation is the basis of making land consolidation special plan and the essential work to determine land consolidation areas scientifically. This paper divides land consolidation potentiality into two parts, background potentiality and environmental potentiality, then establishes evaluation index system and method based on PATTERN （planning assistance through technical evaluation of relevance numbers）, which are used to classify the land consolidation potential- ity in Linxiang City, Hunan Province. The results can provide a reference for the land consolidation special plan of Linxiang City.
