摘　　要：为适应"大运行"管理体系的逐步推进和对调度操作票系统功能、数据共享、流程管理方面提出的更高要求,开发基于智能电网调度技术支持系统(D5000)平台的调度操作票系统,实现了厂站模型与D5000系统的实时同步和系统数据的跨区跨平台交互。该系统在黑龙江电网运行后,状况良好且提高了工作效率和操作安全性。In order to adapt to the further promotion of ‘large operation＇management system and the higher requirements for dispatching operation order system,including its function,data sharing and process management,the dispatching operation order system based on intelligent network dispatching technology system（ D5000） is developed,realizing the real-time synchronization of plant and station model and D5000 system and the trans-regional and cross-platform data exchange. The great station of the system put into operation in Heilongjiang grid enhances work efficiency and operation security.
