容克式空气预热器单侧停运存在的问题及解决措施

摘　　要：针对某电厂1号机组容克式空气预热器单侧停运后出现的空气预热器转子扭曲变形、卡涩、尾部烟道再燃烧、燃烧不稳甚至发生锅炉灭火事故等问题,阐述了该电厂1025 t/h锅炉风烟系统及空气预热器设备运行参数,分析了该空气预热器单侧停运存在的问题原因,提出了采用加热法消除转子的扭曲变形、降低机组负荷降低排烟温度等措施,并制定了具体的操作方法。实践证明,该操作方法能确保单侧空气预热器检修工作的顺利进行,提高机组运行的安全性。Aiming at the problems in a plant＇s No. 1 unit Ljungstrom air preheater suffering from one- side shut down,such as rotor deformation,bite,re- combustion in flue pipe at the end,unstable combustion and even boiler fire extinction,this paper expounds the operation parameters of the 1025 t / h boiler flue gas system and air preheater,analyzes the causes for one- side air preheater shut down,proposes relevant measures including eliminating rotor deformation by heating and lowering unit load and temperature of exhausted flue gas,and formulates specific operation methods. The practice proves that this operation ensures the smooth overhaul for one- side air preheater,which enhances the safety of unit operation.
