摘 要:三元复合吞吐技术突破了胜利油田超稠油开发的瓶颈,实现了该类油藏的有效动用。通过溶胀实验、流变性能实验和矿场效果分析,研究了三元复合吞吐技术提高采收率机理。结果表明:CO2能够溶解于超稠油并使其产生膨胀,超稠油流变性能对温度非常敏感,加热、CO2和降黏剂三元素具有较好的协同作用,能够大幅度降低原油黏度;提出了降黏倍率的概念,对超稠油降黏的表征更加直观。现场应用表明,回采过程中超稠油物理化学性质改善,黏度降低,与常规蒸汽吞吐相比,其注汽质量明显改善,周期产量和油汽比大幅提升。该研究为其他油田超稠油的开采提供了借鉴。Ternary combination huff and puff technique break the bottleneck for the development of ultra-viscous oil in Shengli Oilfield to achieve the effect producing of this type of reservoir. Through analysis on swelling experiment,rheology behavior experiment and field effect,the mechanism of EOR through ternary combination huff and puff technique has been studied. The results indicate that,CO2 can dissolve into ultra-viscous oil and enable it to swell; the rheology of ultra-viscous oil is very sensitive to temperature; heating,CO2 and viscosity breaker can make a synergy to reduce the crude viscosity greatly; the concept of rate of viscosity break has been put forward,which can better characterize the viscosity break of ultra-viscous oil. The field application indicates that,during the recovery,the physical and chemical properties of ultra-viscous oil have greatly improved and the viscosity has been lowered. Compared with conventional steam huff and puff,the effect of gas injection is obvious enhanced; the production rate and oil/gas ratio are greatly increased. This application can serve as reference for the recovery of other ultra-viscous oilfields.
