摘 要:在致密油藏开发中,影响水平井体积压裂压后效果的因素较多,确定压裂后产能的影响因素对于制订压裂方案,提高压裂工艺适应性具有重要意义。针对某致密油试验区,确定7种影响水平井体积压裂的影响因素,应用灰色关联法,分析了压裂后不同时期各因素对产油量的影响大小和原因,并提出了改进工艺。现场试验结果表明,在不产生严重缝间干扰的前提下,尽可能缩短缝间距、提高布缝密度,加大施工规模,可提高致密油藏水平井体积压裂效果。该分析方法可用于致密油藏储层水平井压裂方案优选及改进,具有推广应用价值。In the process of the development of tight oil reservoir,there are many factors affecting effects of volumetric fracturing in horizontal well. Identification of such factors is of great significance to the preparation of fracturing program and the improvement of adaptability of fracturing techniques. In an experimental area of tight oil,7 factors are identified. Grey correlation method is used to analyze the post-fracturing effects of each factor on oil production at different stages and their reasons. Then,improvement techniques are put forward. The field experimental results indicate that,under the condition that there is no fracture interference,it is necessary to shorten the fracture distance,increase fracturing density and enlarge operation scale,so as to improve the volumetric fracturing effect in horizontal well in tight oil reservoir. The analysis method can be used to select and improve the fracturing plan in horizontal well in tight oil reservoir,which can be applied extensively.
