摘 要:针对哥伦比亚Girasol油田热采井汽窜导致的高含水问题,进行了氮气泡沫调剖技术的室内实验及参数优化研究,通过评价实验和驱替实验优选出性能优良的泡沫剂,并对注入方式和注入参数进行了优化。该技术在哥伦比亚Girasol油田F004井应用后,含水率由98%下降至51%,日产油由0.46 t/d上升到12.08 t/d。现场应用9口井,平均增油率为305.25%,效果显著,表明氮气泡沫调剖技术能有效改善稠油油田蒸汽吞吐后期开采效果。In order to solve the problem that gas channeling in thermal well leads to high water cut in Girasol Oilfield in Columbia,lab experiments and research on parameters optimization for the profiling technology by using nitrogen foam have been made.Through evaluation and displacement experiments,foam agents with excellent performance are selected and then the injection mode and parameters are optimized. After the application of the technology in Well F004 in Girasol Oilfield,the water cut decreased from98% to 51% and the daily oil production increased from 0. 46 t/d to 12. 08 t/d. The field application in 9 wells led to average increase of oil production of 305. 25%,indicating that the profiling technology by using nitrogen foam can effectively improve the recovery effect of heavy oil field with steam huff and puff at the later stage.
