摘　　要：目的:探讨切开复位空芯螺钉内固定术治疗Lisfranc损伤的疗效。方法:选择本科室治疗的42例Lisfranc损伤患者,随机分为两组,每组21例。治疗组采用切开复位空芯螺钉配合克氏针内固定,对照组采用闭合复位固定,评估两组疗效。结果:所有患者获得随访,术后足部功能疗效优良率及不良情况发生率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用切开复位空芯螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc损伤疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation（ORIF）with hollow screws in treat-ing lisfranc injury. Method：42 cases were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The 21 patients in observation group were treated by ORIF with hollow screws and k-wire,and 21 cases in control group were treated by closed reduction and fixation. Analyze the efficacy of two groups. Result：All patients were followed up. The good to excel-lent rate：the observation group was 85.7%,and 52.4% in control group. The postoperative complication rate：observation group was 4.8%,and 38.1%in control group. The difference between the two groups was significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion：The efficacy of ORIF with hollow screws for Lisfranc injury was remarkable,safe and reliable,with great value to be clinically used.
