摘　　要：白家电产品的节能问题日益受到世界各国的关注,变频器技术的应用可明显提高其能效。本文介绍了安森美半导体变频器智能功率模块(IPM)使用绝缘金属基板技术(IMST)的特征及应用方案。The energy-saving problem of white goods has become an increasing concern around the world. The application of the converter technology can obviously improve the energy efficiency. This paper introduces the characteristics and solution of ON Semiconductor’s converter intelligent power module（IPM） which uses the insulated metal substrate technology（IMST）.
