血清干扰素-γ、白介素-4、白介素-6及白介素-10在肾癌患者治疗中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨射频消融术(RFA)以及根治性手术治疗肾细胞癌患者手术前后血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)及白介素-10(IL-10)的表达及临床意义。方法应用ELISA法对120例肾癌患者治疗前与术后1周、1月及3月血清中的IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-6及IL-10含量进行检测。结果 RFA组及根治组术后1周血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10均升高(P<0.05);RFA组术后1、3月仅IFN-γ升高(P<0.05),根治组术后1月仅IL-10升高(P<0.05);2组IL-4水平手术前后均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论检测肾癌患者治疗前后细胞因子水平对于监测疾病发展、评价手术效果、判断预后有一定的作用。Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 before and after operation in patients with renal cell carcinoma by treatment of radiofrequency ablation and radical operation. Methods ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-10 before operation and one week,one month and three months after operation in 120 patients with renal cancer. Results Levels of IFN-γ、 IL-6、 IL-10 increased significantly one week after operation in both of RFA group and radical operation group（ P〈0. 05）. IFN-γ increased significantly one month and three month after operation in the RFA group（ P〈0. 05）,while IL-10 increased significantly one month after operation in the radical operation group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference of IL-4 level before and after operation in both groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Detection of cytokine levels before and after treatment in patients with renal cancer is beneficial for monitoring disease development,evaluating surgical effects and judging prognosis.
