舒适护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者随机分为2组,40例对照组患者接受常规护理,40例观察组患者进行舒适护理。结果观察组患者Pa(CO2)水平显著下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者社交活动评分、日常活动评分显著高于对照组,而焦虑抑郁评分与住院时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者接受全面的舒适护理,能够有效改善患者肺功能状态,提高患者生活质量,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To discuss the influence of comfortable nursing for elderly patients with COPD. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in control group received routine nursing while 40 patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing. Results The level of Pa（ CO2） in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The social activity score and daily activity score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores and length of hospitalization were significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive comfortable nursing to elderly patients with COPD can effectively improve lung function and quality of life. So it is worthy of further application.
