摘　　要：目的探究濒临截肢损毁伤保肢手术患者术前、术后护理方法。方法选取近几年于本院就诊的保肢手术患者,对其采取心理护理、疼痛护理等各项护理措施,并观察最终护理效果。结果对濒临截肢损毁伤保肢手术患者采取护理措施后,患者的心理状态明显改善,术后恢复较快,未出现任何护理事故。结论濒临截肢损毁伤保肢手术患者不仅应重视身体方面的护理,也应注重精神上的护理,同时注重提升护理技巧、总结护理经验。Objective To explore nursing methods before and after operation in limb salvage patients who were closed to amputation. Methods The patients with limb salvage operation in our hospital in recent years were chosen. And nursing measures such as psychological nursing and pain nursing were taken and nursing results were observed. Results After nursing,the mental status of patients had improved. Besides,the patients had a good recovery and no nursing accident occurred.Conclusion The patients with limb salvage should focus on both body nursing and the mental nursing. It is very important for the nurses to improve nursing skills and summarize nursing experience.
